		<description>what makes windows so frustrating for me is that it&#039;s my work machine.  i could tolerate issues, bugs, etc. when i&#039;m at home just surfing the internet.  when i&#039;m in work, though?  i&#039;m generally doing something that&#039;s important.

my web browser unexpectedly crashing at home wouldn&#039;t be too much of an issue - but having ms excel take a dump while you&#039;re working on a client deliverable?  that&#039;s what makes it so irritating to work with.</description>
